I have to bring a colleague home at night to the hilly city of Antipolo. It was already 9pm when we get there. On our way back,we thought of a restroom breaks since it was still a good two - hour drive home to Valenzuela City where I live.
Though my favorite place in Antipolo, PADI's Point didn't sound appealing that time. We were still too full from a sumptuous meal earlier in Bacoor and too tired that we need a quieter place than a live band (although it is TGIF!).
We found ourselves pulling over at Romeo's Spice and Steaks restaurant along the Sumulong Highway ( just a few meters away from PADI's Point).
The place is simple and unpretentious but the come on is its breezy ambiance, wonderful view of the Metro Manila skyline at night and the peace and quiet that I needed.
Truly an evening leisure while sipping my favorite watermelon fruit shake!
