Dagupan City, Pangasinan is dubbed as the "Bangus Capital of the World". But since I don't eat bangus (milkfish) or any kind of fish due to my allergy, I was glad to find that this first class city of Pangasinan is also charged with the existing aroma of various cuisines.
Star Plaza Hotel located at the heart of the business district, is one of Dagupan City's best dining places. Seafood and Chinese cuisines are served at their Star Ocean Restaurant. The selection was very appetizing and served professionally.
I was truly satisfied with our dinner, really sumptuous and mouthwatering without breaking the budget!
